Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of products and services from Go TM Golf, LLC DBA Go TM Golf (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
Product Returns
Products purchased from Go TM Golf, LLC DBA Go TM Golf may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase, provided that the return is accompanied by the original receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, all returned merchandise must:

Be unused and unaltered;

Be in the same condition as received;

Include original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation; and

Be free from damage, wear, or signs of use.
Returns may be made in person at the pro shop or by mail. Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and tracking. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any return that does not strictly comply with this Policy.
Event, Tee Time, and Service Cancellations
All events, tee times, lessons, tournaments, facility rentals, and other services must be canceled no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled date and time to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made fewer than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled event or service are non-refundable. Failure to appear for a scheduled event or service (“no-show”) shall result in forfeiture of all amounts paid.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original method of payment.
Coaching and Instructional Services
All coaching services, including but not limited to private lessons, group instruction, clinics, training programs, packages, and performance development services (“Coaching Services”), are subject to the following additional terms:

Coaching Services are time-based reservations and require dedicated scheduling and resource allocation.

Missed lessons, late cancellations (less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice), and no-shows are strictly non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

Prepaid lesson packages, training programs, or multi-session Coaching Services are non-refundable once any portion of the package has been used.

Coaching Services are non-transferable without prior written approval from the Company.

Expiration dates may apply to prepaid lesson packages and must be used within the designated timeframe.
Due to the individualized nature of Coaching Services and the commitment of reserved instructional time, refunds will not be granted except where required by applicable law.
Policy Modifications
Go TM Golf, LLC DBA Go TM Golf reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon posting to the Company’s website.
